About DOG
The “Nietzschean dog” stems from Werner Herzog’s 2010 documentary Happy People: A Year in the Taiga. A Siberian trapper’s sled dog voluntarily runs 150 km alongside his snowmobile in brutal taiga wilderness... not from commands, training, or food incentives, but raw instinctual will. This dog embodies Nietzsche’s “will to power”. This dog's overflowing vitality rejects nihilism by surging forward, embodying amor fati (love of fate) and the Übermensch’s chaotic thriving.
